JMSD Pre-School CurriculumOur Pre-School Combination Classes have been a staple at JMSD for 35 years. Within these dance classes, we teach basic ballet, tap, jazz (beginning at five years old), and acrobatic skills. We begin with introductory terminology, rhythm, and coordination to prepare your child for technique classes best starting in 1st grade.
Dancers practice and develop skills through creative movement/dance, music, and mime in a supportive and supervised environment. Our pre-school instructors use the same teaching techniques specially crafted, cultivated, and practiced by Jami Masters and our staff members for the past 35 years. |
